Dial 1-201-337-0555, After greeting, select 5.


The IDA Customer Service Center welcome message will offer five (5) options, follow the prompts:

  • For information regarding claims, Press 1
  • To have a medical plan benefit profile faxed to you, Press 2
  • For YTD out of pocket and deductible information, Press 5
  • For information on your Flexible Spending Account, Press 6
  • To speak to a customer service representative, Press 7
  • For general office information, Press 8
  • To repeat this message, Press 9


You pressed 1. Press 1 again, then enter the i.d. of the participant - enter the date of service in six (6) digit format. Example: January 1, 2006 would be entered 01, 01, 06. You will then hear the claim status; i.e. being processed, or, if paid, the date paid, the amount paid and who the check was sent to. If there are multiple claims for the selected date of service, follow the prompts to receive information for all claims.


You pressed 2. You will be asked to enter the i.d of the participant followed by the fax number where the verification is to be sent.


You pressed 5. You will be asked to enter the i.d of the participant.


You pressed 6. Follow prompts for Flex information.


You pressed 7. You will be transferred to customer service. Make sure you have the participant's  i.d. available
