Quality Assurances

IDA has had an independent SAS 70 audit performed. A SAS 70 accounting audit of IDA provides clients with assurance of IDA's high standards and procedures concerning internal administration of benefit plans. In addition, outside audits by stop loss carriers have consistently shown a claims accuracy rate well above industry norms.
